ABOUT THE PROCESS
Together we will work in the short-term to address unhealthy patterns and symptoms that may be impacting your ability to function emotionally, cognitively, behaviorally, or interpersonally.
Longer term goals may involve investigating and processing significant historical events, including those related to family of origin, unhealthy relationships, traumatic experiences, and the root of negative beliefs about the self. As well, I acknowledge and highlight a client’s strengths and expand upon the coping strategies that have already been learned but may need some fine-tuning.
