These feelings are real, and they’re more common than you think. But facing them alone can sometimes do more harm than good.
Whether you're feeling lost, emotionally blocked, or simply exhausted from trying to hold it all together, therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and rebuild. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, identify the missing pieces, and work to get you where you want to be.

ABOUT THE PROCESS
In the short-term we will focus on addressing unhealthy patterns and symptoms that may be impacting your ability to function emotionally, cognitively, behaviorally, or interpersonally.
Longer term goals may involve investigating and processing significant historical events, including those related to family of origin, unhealthy relationships, traumatic experiences, and the root of negative beliefs about the self. As well, I acknowledge and highlight a client’s strengths and expand upon the coping strategies that have already been learned but may need some fine-tuning.
